Q: Do you ship cakes and treats?

A: Decorated cakes are easily damaged in transit. To preserve the structural integrity and quality, we no longer ship cakes. We do, however, offer cupcake kits that include a pre-filled piping bag and decorative pieces for a fun home activity. We also offer pound cakes on a seasonal basis. We typically ship our dipped treats between September to April based on the location. 

Q: What is the price range for your custom cakes?

A: Due to the intricate designs and uniqueness of each cake, there is no blanket price. Fondant-covered cakes and cakes with fondant decorations will have a higher starting price. 

Q: Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

A: Yes, we understand the importance of accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences. We currently offer gluten-free cakes in vanilla and chocolate. We are still working to perfect our vegan cakes. Please inquire about specific options when placing your order.

Q: Can I place a special order for a customized cake or treats?

A: Absolutely! We take pride in kreating personalized treats for all occasions. Please use the custom inquiry form located on our website.

Q: How far in advance should I place an order for a custom cake?

A: Orders are secured at all times of the year and are on a ‘’first come, first serve’’ basis. That being said, we recommend that you place your order as early as possible.

Q: Do you offer delivery services?

A: Yes, we do offer delivery services throughout the DMV area. Our rates are 75 cents per mile, based on a one-way route. This does not include tolls and parking fees. Cake orders can also be picked up however, once the cake has been picked up the safety of said cake is no longer the responsibility of KiAnna’s Kreations. Please follow all cake care instructions.

Q: Do you offer cake stands/dessert equipment?

A: We do offer cake and dessert table equipment as part of our full-service orders. This information can be found in our custom order form.
